Overexpression of the receptor tyrosine kinase erbB2 (Her2 in humans) is correlated with a
poor prognosis in breast and ovarian cancers. Treatment with trastuzumab (a monoclonal
antibody against erbB2) improves survival; however, it also causes cardiomyopathy. We
